Campaign Planning

  1. Look at past data & create a report on campaign performance.
  2. Identify which campaigns are worth keeping or adding more leads to.
  3. Look for conferences & see if there are relevant data sources that can be added.
    1. If there are any conferences, tag your Outbound Strategists on Slack to review.
    2. Assign the conference to specific ICPs.
    3. Decide the structure of the campaigns.
  4. Audience research: make sure to generate the prospects discussed from the niches.
  5. Update the campaign plan & share with the client.
